1. GETTING STARTED

To get started, open or launch the sponsordock.co.uk/admin website. If you don't have an account as an administrator, you will be added to your company portal by a super administrator. If you already have an account, you can simply log in.

2. DASHBOARD

To view the SponsorDock metrics and an overview of your activities as an administrator, click on the "Dashboard" item at the top left of the app menu. Under "SponsorDock Metrics," you can view the number of applications received, documents uploaded, and interviews conducted.

3. APPLICATION

To view the statuses of applicants' applications, click on the "Application" item on the left side of the app menu. This will open a table called "Application List," which shows the applicants' emails, contact numbers, application dates, and status. The status column indicates whether the application has been accepted or is pending. You can click on any applicant in the table to view their individual status or the progress they have made on their application. You can also decline or approve an application and its documents from this table.

3.1 APPLICATION FORM SUBMISSION.

When you click on an applicant on the list, the page that follows will show you when the applicant submitted their application documents. As an administrator, you can review the applicant's documents by clicking on the green button that says "Go to File Manager." This will open a new window.

The window above shows the number of files/documents that the applicant has uploaded. You can review the applicant's documents by clicking on any folder.

3.1.1 Application

To start, let's click on the "Application" folder.

Note: Download the document and review it to ensure that the information provided by the applicant complies with mandatory standards. If it does, approve it by clicking the green checkmark. If it does not, decline it by clicking the "X". The app will indicate that the application document has been approved if it is approved and rejected if it is rejected. See the forms below for more information.

3.1.2 Passport

Navigate back to the ‘Folders’ window and select the 'Passport Folder'.

Note: Download the document and review it to ensure that the information provided by the applicant complies with mandatory standards. If it does, approve it by clicking the green checkmark. If it does not, decline it by clicking the "X". The app will indicate that the passport document has been approved if it is approved and rejected if it is rejected. 3.1.3 Care Certificates

Navigate back to the ‘Folders’ window and select the ‘Care Certificates’ Folder.

If it does not, decline it by clicking the "X". The app will indicate that the care certificate has been approved if it is approved and rejected if it is rejected. 3.1.4 Police Clearance

Navigate back to the ‘Folders’ window and select the ‘Police Clearance’ Folder.
